Arm balance builds energy, strength, balance and core power along with self-discipline. Students will learn a variety of arm-balance poses such as head and handstands, frog stand, elbow lever and others.

Requirements:

  • Minimal age: 10 years old
  • Maximum age: no limit
  • Experience: previous experience in sports

Recommended to intermediate and advanced level of:
