Fit Ball is a power class with the use of an exercise ball focusing on strengthening the deep muscle tissue and working on your balance and core power.
Fit ball sessions are great for firming up sagging thighs , buttocks and midriff, also assists greatly with utilising muscle groups that you would not generally use, helps to strengthen weak tendons and ligaments.

Requirements:

  • Minimal age: 16 years old
  • Maximum age: no limit
  • Experience: all levels
