Aerial Hoop

We provide 2 Aerial Hoop class levels depending on your age and experience. 

The basic level for ages 7 and UP is designed for beginners. It introduces the aerial hoop, offering an exciting blend of strength, flexibility, and creativity. Students will learn fundamental techniques, from elegant poses to dynamic transitions, all under the expert guidance of our instructors. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and explore. While a background in gymnastics or dance is helpful, it’s not necessary.

The next level (from 10 years old) is perfect for beginners and beyond. There’s no age limit—adults are welcome! Whether you’re starting fresh or refining your skills, our experienced instructors will guide you through the fundamentals and help you progress at your own pace.

Arrival: Arrive at least 5 minutes before class for a proper warm-up, as latecomers may not be allowed to join for safety reasons.

Dress Code:

  • Wear long, fitted leggings and a t-shirt or leotard that covers the armpits.
  • Barefoot participation is required for safety. Jumpsuits are also a great option.
  • Avoid clothing with zippers or buttons as they can damage the equipment and cause injury.

Requirements:

  • Minimal age: 5 & 7 years old
  • Maximum age: no limits
  • Experience: all levels

Only kids with previous experience in the following classes are accepted to the class:

Aerial Sling
Sports Gymnastics
Acrobatics
Ballet
Handstand
