Aerial Pole

A dynamic aerial discipline that blends strength, technique, and artistry, Aerial Pole combines elements of pole sport with aerial movement for a powerful and exciting experience.
This class is open to kids and adults from age 7+.
👉 Kids are recommended to join only if they have previous aerial arts experience, as the class requires good body awareness, grip strength, and coordination.
In this class, students will:
- Build upper-body and core strength
- Improve grip, balance, and coordination
- Learn climbs, spins, holds, and controlled transitions
- Develop confidence, control, and performance quality
