Event Schedule
The 2026 Aspire Talent Championships will be a thrilling event filled with breathtaking performances, showcasing the talents and creativity of aerial artists from around the world. Below is a detailed outline of the event schedule, including rehearsal and performance timings.
Please note that our decision about the final schedule is based on the number of participants and the apparatus used, ensuring the most efficient and smooth experience for everyone.
Tentative Event Schedule

April 18th , 2026
Morning:
- 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Participant Check-in, Welcome, and Equipment Inspection
- 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Rehearsals
Afternoon:
- 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Break
Evening:
- 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Costume Check and Final Preparations
- 5:00 PM-9:00 PM Performances
- 9:00 scores calculation
- 9:30 Awards ceremony
All participants are required to attend their scheduled rehearsal times to ensure familiarity with the stage setup, equipment, and performance flow. This also provides an opportunity to make any last-minute adjustments and address safety concerns.
Performances are scheduled in blocks according to the age groups and categories.
Notes:
- Final Schedule Confirmation: The detailed schedule will be communicated to all participants by 18th March 2026
- The event Location is The Sky Garden by AirGym
- Warm-up Rooms: Dedicated warm-up areas will be available for participants before their scheduled performances.
- On-site Coordination: Event coordinators will be available on-site to assist with any scheduling or logistical queries..
