10 weeks Aerial Arts Newbie course

Aerial is also a fantastic full-body workout designed to build strength, muscle tone and to increase flexibility. And the most important that you won’t even feel it as a workout as Aerial Arts is one of the most interesting and fun all-in-one workouts!

At Airgym.Family, we teach aerial from the VERY beginning. Aerial Arts Newbie course is performed on aerial sling apparatus. You do not need to have exceptional upper body strength, do the splits, or be a particular age, shape, size or gender.
