Personal training. Do you need it?

Besides the group classes, our teachers can provide personal training.

1. You may more carefully work out the elements and movements, which was challenging to learn in a group class.

2. If you had a break, the personal training is an excellent opportunity to update your level to the same as other students in the group.

3. If you feel you have difficulty with some exercises and do not fully understand how to do some of them, a private lesson is a chance to figure out the correct technique. 

4. You may choose a more convenient time for your training.

5. One-on-one training is consistently more effective as the trainer’s full attention is dedicated to you.

6. If you had any injuries or accidents and want to recover faster and make sure all exercises are performed correctly. You get your workout designed especially for you.
