Championship Categories

Emerging Artists (6-9 Years)

Age Group: 6-9 Years

Levels:

  1. Beginners Hammock (sling)
  2. Intermediate Hammock (sling)

Apparatus:

  • Hammock (sling)

Performance Guidelines:

  • Music: Must be family-friendly and pre-cut to the correct length.
  • Performance Duration: Maximum 3 minutes
  • Costume:
    • Must be a full-body suit.
    • Must cover the entire pelvic area and at least 3/4 of the buttocks.

Spotter: Each performer must have one spotter present during rehearsals and performances.

Rising Stars (10-13 Years)

Age Group: 10-13 Years

Levels:

  1. Beginners Hammock (sling)
  2. Beginners Silks
  3. Intermediate+ Hammock (sling)
  4. Intermediate+ Silks

Apparatus:

  • Hammock (sling)
  • Silks

Performance Guidelines:

  • Music: Must be family-friendly and pre-cut to the correct length.
  • Performance Duration: Maximum 3-3.5 minutes

  • Performance Duration: Maximum 4 minutes
  • Costume:
    • Can be a full-body suit or separate pieces suitable for performance.
    • Must cover the entire pelvic area and at least 3/4 of the buttocks.
