Event Schedule

The 2024 Aspire Talent Championships will be a thrilling two-day event filled with breathtaking performances, showcasing the talents and creativity of aerial artists from around the world. Below is a detailed outline of the event schedule, including rehearsal and performance timings. Please note that the day-by-day schedule is to be confirmed (TBC).

Please note that our decision about the final schedule will be based on the number of participants and the apparatus used, ensuring the most efficient and smooth experience for everyone.

Detailed Day-by-Day Schedule (TBC)

Day 1: December 6, 2024

Morning:

  • 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Participant Check-in, Welcome, and Equipment Inspection
  • 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Rehearsals

Afternoon:

  • 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Break

Evening:

  • 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Costume Check and Final Preparations
  • 4:40 PM – 5:00 PM: Warm-up for Emerging Artists (6-9 Years) with assigned teacher
  • 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Performances by Emerging Artists (6-9 Years)
  • 5:40 PM – 6:00 PM: Warm-up for Rising Stars (10-13 Years) with assigned teacher
  • 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Performances by Rising Stars (10-13 Years)
  • 6:40 PM – 7:00 PM: Warm-up for Future Champions (14-17 Years) with assigned teacher
  • 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Performances by Future Champions (14-17 Years), Prime Performers (18-29 Years), Seasoned Artists (30+ Years), and Open Aerial (16+ Years)
  • 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Award Ceremony


Day 2: December 7, 2024

Morning:

  • 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Performances by Future Champions (14-17 Years), Prime Performers (18-29 Years), Seasoned Artists (30+ Years), and Open Aerial (16+ Years)
  • 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Award Ceremony

If there are more than 50 participants for a day, we might start earlier and/or finish later. The final schedule will be released no later than November 5, 2024.

  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Open Aerial (16+ Years)

December 7, 2024

  • 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Emerging Artists (6-9 Years)
  • 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Rising Stars (10-13 Years)
  • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Future Champions (14-17 Years)
  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Prime Performers (18-29 Years) and Seasoned Artists (30+ Years)
  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Open Aerial (16+ Years)

All participants are required to attend their scheduled rehearsal times to ensure familiarity with the stage setup, equipment, and performance flow. This also provides an opportunity to make any last-minute adjustments and address safety concerns.

  • 4:40 PM – 5:00 PM: Warm-up for Emerging Artists (6-9 Years) with assigned teacher
  • 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Performances by Emerging Artists (6-9 Years)
  • 5:40 PM – 6:00 PM: Warm-up for Rising Stars (10-13 Years) with assigned teacher
  • 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Performances by Rising Stars (10-13 Years)
  • 6:40 PM – 7:00 PM:x Warm-up for Future Champions (14-17 Years) with assigned teacher
  • 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Performances by Future Champions (14-17 Years), Prime Performers (18-29 Years), Seasoned Artists (30+ Years), and Open Aerial (16+ Years)


Performances will be scheduled in blocks according to the age groups and categories. Each performance block will include a mix of routines to ensure a varied and engaging program for the audience

  • Final Schedule Confirmation: The detailed day-by-day schedule will be confirmed and communicated to all participants by November 5, 2024.
  • Warm-up Rooms: Dedicated warm-up areas will be available for participants before their scheduled performances.
  • On-site Coordination: Event coordinators will be available on-site to assist with any scheduling or logistical queries.
