Packages and payments for Summer Camp fees:

  • đź’¸ 1,599 THB/day
  • đź’¸ 6,999 THB for 5 days

đź•’ STANDARD PRICE (after July 1st):

  • đź’¸ 1,799 THB/day
  • đź’¸ 7,999 THB for 5 days

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • 2–3 hours of professional aerial, acrobatics & classical dance training daily
  • One (1) educational or creative arts & crafts session
  • One (1) big team game for teamwork and fun
  • Nutritious lunch & snacks provided daily by Savor Catering
  • All props, materials, and training equipment included
  • Qualified coaches & assistants

Booking & Cancelation policy

  • Please confirm attendance at least 24 hours in advance. Late sign-ups may not be accommodated.
  • Participants may upgrade their package during the camp. Please inform AirGym.Family directly.
  • In case of sudden illness, notify AirGym.Family immediately.
  • If a participant chooses to cancel the remaining days, we offer refunds within 48 hours to the provided bank account.
    ⚠️ Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a 500 THB deduction to cover the buffet allowance.

 Attendance Policy and Behavior Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all, please follow these rules:

  • Arrive on time daily.
  • Group sizes may be limited based on space and equipment availability.
  • Bring a fresh sports towel, sunscreen, and a hat, cap, or bandana daily.
  • If your child has any health concerns, consult a doctor before joining.
  • Show respect to teachers, fellow participants, and the venue.
  • Follow teacher instructions carefully. Injuries caused by ignoring guidance or hiding medical conditions are the participant’s responsibility. AirGym.Family is not liable.
  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Wear appropriate attire: comfortable clothes and a swimming suit.
  • All participants must have valid health insurance that covers accidents in Thailand.

No outside food or drinks allowed unless prescribed by a physician.

Discipline Policy

We use positive behavior strategies tailored to age and development. Steps for handling misbehavior:

  1. Verbal redirection.
  2. Reminder of rules and guidance for correction.
  3. Documentation and notification to parents.
  4. If unresolved, the participant may be suspended or expelled with no refund.

Immediate expulsion applies for:

  • Physical violence
  • Endangering others
  • Repeated disruption
  • Leaving without permission
  • Damaging property or theft
  • Use of profanity or disrespectful language

Emergency Procedures

  • For serious injuries (head trauma, broken bones, seizures, etc.), parents will be contacted immediately.
  • For minor incidents, parents will be informed at the end of the day.
  • A written report will be provided for all incidents.

Illness Policy

  • Inform us if your child is receiving medication or treatment.
  • Children who appear unwell may be temporarily excluded and rescheduled to the next event (only if informed before 8:00 AM).
  • Symptoms requiring exclusion:
    • Fever over 37°C
    • Repeated vomiting or diarrhea
    • Eye or nasal discharge
    • Rash or excessive coughing

Unacceptable behavior

  1. Refusing to follow the behavior guidelines or camp rules 
  2. Using profanity, vulgarity, or obscenity
  3. Stealing or damaging property
  4. Disrupting the program 
  5. Leaving the program without permission 
  6. Endangering the health and safety of campers and/or staff *Physical violence towards another camper or staff member will result in immediate dismissal from the camp program with no refund for booked days.

A doctor’s note may be required to return.If your child falls ill during camp, parents must pick them up within 1 hour. Please have a backup childcare plan.

Medication Policy

Medication (including sunscreen, sprays, or supplements) will only be given with written parental consent. All items must be in original containers.

Confidentiality

All personal and medical information is kept confidential. However, in cases where a child’s welfare is at risk, relevant agencies may be informed. No data will be shared without parental consent unless legally required.

Grievances

Concerns from staff, parents, or children may be addressed through a conference request. If unresolved, AirGym.Family may consult an external advisor. The final decision rests with AirGym.Family.

Weather Policy

Camp runs rain or shine. Fun indoor activities are planned for rainy days.
In case of extreme heat, children are encouraged to stay hydrated and aquatic activities will be prioritized.
In severe weather (flood, storm, etc.), campers will be relocated to designated safe zones indoors.

Emergency Situations & Force Majeure

Emergency drills (e.g., fire, intruder, natural disaster) will be conducted.
If AirGym.Family cannot operate due to uncontrollable events, missed days will be rescheduled to the next available camp.

⚠️ No refunds will be issued.


If a participant leaves Samui/Thailand before using all camp days, no refund will be given. However, days may be transferred to a friend or family member.
