Sports Gymnastics

This class is designed to develop strength and flexibility of future gymnasts as well as good listening skills.
Students will learn exercises such as rolls, head and handstands, bridges, cartwheels, as well as leaps and jumps, to be covered.

Boys and girls are welcome.

Requirements:

  • Minimal age: 5 years old
  • Maximum age: 8 years old
  • Experience: from beginner to intermediate
