Stretching

This class is designed for everyone who wants to increase their flexibility and range of motion.
You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, chest and back while building the muscle and balance needed to use your flexibility.
Also a great training to recover after operations, accidents and in general a perfect class for a senior age students.
Requirements:
- Minimal age: 14 years old
- Maximum age: no limit
- Experience: all levels
