Stretching
This class is designed for everyone who wants to increase their flexibility and range of motion. Correct posture and learn proper body alignment and how to move correctly, benefitting your bone and joint structures. Flexibility and strength improve together and only together!
You will learn how to stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, chest, and back safely while building the muscle and balance needed to use your flexibility. It’s an active type of stretching.
Also, it is excellent training to recover after operations and accidents. It is generally a perfect class for senior-age students and a recovery after childbirth.
Requirements:
- Minimal age: 14 years old
- Maximum age: no limit
- Experience: all levels
