POlE Dance

Pole Dance is a combination of dance and acrobatic moves performed around a vertical pole in a flowing, graceful routine. Many different kinds of pole moves, including; spins, poses, floor work, dance and transitional movements, pole to a floor, and floor to pole moves and inversions.

Recommended to combine with: pole sport, full-body workout, fit ball, contemporary, ballet fit, flexibility classes.

Requirements:

  • Minimal age: 10 years old
  • Maximum age: no limit
  • Experience: all levels
