Pole Sport is a class for studying dance and acrobatic elements that use the pole to its maximum potential as a versatile fitness equipment piece. Pole sport is the foundation for all other pole classes. It works the whole body, improving flexibility, coordination, posture, and upper body and core strength.

Suitable for women and men all ages.

You’ll be surprised at the variety of exercises you can do with a pole, similar to the exercises you might do in a gym but using your body weight for resistance.

Requirements:

  • Minimal age: 10 years old
