is a study of dance and acrobatic elements that uses the pole to its maximum potential as a versatile piece of fitness equipment.
Pole sport is the foundation for all other pole classes.
It works the whole body, improving flexibility, coordination, posture as well as upper body and core strength.
Suitable for woman and men all ages.
You’ll be amazed at the variety of exercises you can do with a pole, which are similar to exercises you might do in the gym, but using your own body weight for resistance.
Requirements:
- Minimal age: 7 years old
- Maximum age: no limit
- Experience: all levels
